Partner Spotlight: Redbud Resources Group

Mooretown is excited to be a partner in Redbud Resources Group’s Feather River Advocacy Project. Redbud designs and implements tribal relations and capacity-building programs that blend traditional and Western perspectives—"making collaboration between tribes and non-tribal entities more effective, meaningful, and impactful.” They are leading the Feather River Advocacy Project and have brought in several Tribes and organizations as partners, including Mooretown. This important project is for tribal members who want to learn how to protect the watershed using both Indigenous knowledge and Western science.
